Our Levels of Care

At Casa De Buna Vida, we understand that everyone's needs are different, which is why we offer three levels of care. This ensures that each resident receives the appropriate level of support while maintaining mobility and independence.

Supervisory Care

For residents who are mostly independent but may need some assistance with daily activities or oversight for safety and well-being. Examples include:

Assistance with medication reminders
Light help with daily routines
Encouragement and supervision of physical activity and social engagement

Personal Care

For residents who require more support with daily tasks to maintain their health and independence. Examples include:

Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Help with mobility and transferring
Daily housekeeping, laundry, and personal care services
Medication management and administration

Directed Care

For residents who need more involved and hands-on support with their daily care, including cognitive or physical challenges. Examples include:

Comprehensive assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs)
Help with feeding and incontinence care
Support with cognitive impairments and memory care needs
Collaboration with healthcare providers for individualized care plans

Our Home, and Caregivers Provide

In-Home Physician and Nursing Care
In-Home physical and occupational therapy
In-Home X-Ray, Lab Work, Podiatry, and other specialty care
24/7 personalized care and support
Medication management with coordinated care with healthcare providers
Housekeeping and laundry services
Assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's) at all levels of care
Tasty and nutritious home-cooked meals
Healthy Snacks throughout the day
Continuous resident assessment to maintain personalized level of care
Hospice care when needed.

About Our Caregivers

All of our caregivers are licensed nursing assistants certified by the State of Arizona. They maintain current first aid and CPR certifications, and hold a fingerprint clearance card. Our caregivers are awake around the clock and remain alert and attentive through the night. Our manager is available on-site to assist with any needs that may arise.
